浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司用气相色谱法测定了超纯氢中痕量杂质O_2+Ar、N_2、CO、CH_4和CO_2。将TCD和FID与预浓缩技术结合,当浓缩样品量为10升时,检测灵敏度分别达到O_2+Ar为0.2ppbV、N_2为0.4ppbV、CO为0.05ppbV、CH_4为0.2ppbV和CO_2为0.3ppbV。提出用浓缩体积差值法和按峰面积法两种方法计算样品中杂质浓度,前一种方法可消除载气中杂质浓度的影响。

浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司,研究了氧气对空气中甲烷、总烃分析时的干扰.得出,载气的纯度很高时使用GDX-502填充柱可以将甲烷峰和氧峰完全分离,甲烷和总烃和分析可不受氧峰干扰,气样中氧气浓度低于17%时氧峰可忽略,低于12.5%时氧峰消失.氢火焰离子化检测器不能检出氧气,氧峰仅为干扰峰,在一定的色谱条件下,干扰峰即氧峰和气样中的氧气浓度成正比关系.当气样中氧气浓度小于28.7%时,总烃值峰值等于甲烷测试时氧峰和各烃峰之和,当氧气浓度大于28.7%时,不能用国标气相色谱法测试总烃,总烃值应等于总烃峰值值减去该气样的氧值.

When the oxygen concentration in the gas sample is less than 28.7%, the total hydrocarbon value peak is equal to the sum of the oxygen peak and each hydrocarbon peak in the methane test. When the oxygen concentration is greater than 28.7%, the total hydrocarbon cannot be tested by the national standard gas chromatography. The total hydrocarbon value should be equal to the total hydrocarbon peak value minus the oxygen value of the gas sample
