浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立气相色谱 (GC)法测定异氟烷静脉乳剂中异氟烷含量的方法。方法 :采用毛细管柱 (0 .32mm× 30m) ,液膜厚度 0 .5 0 μm,FID检测器 ,以氯仿为内标物 ,氮气流速 30mL·min-1进行检测。结果 :在 0 .2 2 11～ 4 .794 9g·L-1范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9996 ,n =7) ,回收率为 10 0 .6 4 % ,RSD为 2 .2 1% (n =5 )。结论 :该法简便 ,准确 ,灵敏度高 ,可以作为异氟烷静脉乳剂的含量测定方法。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a gas chromatography (GC) method for the determination of isoflurane content in isoflurane intravenous emulsion. Method: Capillary column (0.32mm × 30m), the liquid film thickness is 0.50 μ m. FID detector with chloroform as internal standard and nitrogen flow rate of 30mL · min-1 for detection. Results: In the range of 0.2211 ～ 4.7949 g · L-1, the linear relationship was good (r=0.9996, n=7), the recovery was 100.64%, RSD was 2.21% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and can be used for the determination of isoflurane in intravenous emulsion.
