非甲烷总烃的测定方法为气相色谱法,利用差减法测定非甲烷总烃的含量;具体的,定量体积样品气通过气相色谱柱分离甲烷,经fid测量甲烷含量,同等体积样品气体,不经分离甲烷,通入同一fid测量总烃含量,将总烃含量减去甲烷含量即得到非甲烷总烃的含量。

浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了毛细管柱-双氢火焰检测器测定非甲烷总烃的方法,经优化色谱条件,获得了的实验条件,并根据氢火焰检测器(FID)的原理探讨氧及非烃类等含碳化合物的响应及影响.研究结果表明,本方法测定总烃的标准曲线为0.9994,当色谱进样量为0.25 m L时,方法精密度为0.12%、方法检出限为0.016 mg·m-3(以碳计)等均符合HJ/T38—1999性能指标的要求.实验结果表明含Cl、O、S类的挥发性化合物在测定非甲烷总烃时,也有不同程度的响应值,对计算总烃浓度产生影响.

The determination method of non-methane total hydrocarbons is gas chromatography, and the content of non-methane total hydrocarbons is determined by the subtraction method; specifically, the quantitative volume of sample gas is separated from methane by a gas chromatography column, and the methane content is measured by fid. Separate methane, measure the total hydrocarbon content by feeding the same fid, and subtract the methane content from the total hydrocarbon content to obtain the non-methane total hydrocarbon content.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a method for the determination of non-methane total hydrocarbons by capillary column-double hydrogen flame detector. After optimizing the chromatographic conditions, the best experimental conditions were obtained. The principle of this method was used to discuss the response and influence of carbon-containing compounds such as oxygen and non-hydrocarbons. The results showed that the standard curve for the determination of total hydrocarbons by this method was 0.9994, and when the chromatographic injection volume was 0.25 mL, the method precision was 0.12%, The detection limit of the method is 0.016 mg·m-3 (calculated as carbon), which meets the requirements of HJ/T38-1999 performance indicators.
