浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立工作场所、环境空气、废气中的氯乙烯热解吸-气相色谱测定方法。方法:Carboxen1000吸附管吸附工作场所、环境空气中氯乙烯、二氯乙烷经热解吸-气相色谱进行定性及定量分析。结果:标准曲线相关系数达到0.9998,检出限30 ng/样品,低检出浓度0.02 mg/m~3(以采集1.5 L空气计),解吸效率91.3%~94.5%,精密度0.6%~4.2%,吸附管净化好后和样品采集后用黄铜螺帽密封放入密封的塑料袋中常温可保存一周。结论:该方法可用于工作场所、环境空气、废气、室内空气中氯乙烯浓度的检测。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a thermal desorption-gas chromatography method for the determination of vinyl chloride in workplaces, ambient air and waste gas. Methods: The Carboxen1000 adsorption tube was used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of vinyl chloride and dichloroethane in the workplace and ambient air by thermal desorption-gas chromatography. Results: The correlation coefficient of the standard curve reached 0.9998, the detection limit was 30 ng/sample, the minimum detection concentration was 0.02 mg/m~3 (based on 1.5 L of air), the desorption efficiency was 91.3%~94.5%, and the precision was 0.6%~4.2 %, after the adsorption tube is cleaned and the sample is collected, it is sealed with a brass screw cap and placed in a sealed plastic bag for one week at room temperature. Conclusion: The method can be used to detect the concentration of vinyl chloride in workplace, ambient air, waste gas and indoor air.
