浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立化妆品中2-氯乙酰胺的气相色谱测定法。方法样品用乙醇溶解,超声波均质,离心,经HH-Wax色谱柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器检测。结果2-氯乙酰胺浓度在0.0～10.0mg/ml范围内时,该方法线性关系良好,检出限小于0.01μg,相对标准偏差小于5.6%,回收率为90%～100%。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏,适用于化妆品中2-氯乙酰胺的测定。

 2-Chloroacetamide is a preservative used in cosmetics. This product is toxic to oral administration and is irritating to the respiratory system and skin. It is specified as a restricted substance in GB7916-1987, and the maximum allowable concentration in cosmetics is 0.3%. .

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a gas chromatography method for the determination of 2-chloroacetamide in cosmetics. Methods The samples were dissolved in ethanol, homogenized by ultrasonic, centrifuged, separated by HH-Wax chromatographic column, and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. Results When the concentration of 2-chloroacetamide was in the range of 0.0～10.0mg/ml, the linearity of the method was good, the detection limit was less than 0.01μg, the relative standard deviation was less than 5.6%, and the recovery was 90%～100%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, suitable for the determination of 2-chloroacetamide in cosmetics.
