为规范环境空气非甲烷总烃连续监测系统安装与验收、日常运维和质量控制等工作，提高环境空气非甲烷总烃自动监测数据质量，中国环境监测总站联合上海市环境监测中心等单位组成的编制组，研究制定了《环境空气非甲烷总烃连续自动监测系统技术规定（试行）》（以下简称《技术规定》），并于2021年1月印发全国生态环境监测系统试行。

In order to standardize the installation and acceptance, daily operation and maintenance and quality control of ambient air non-methane total hydrocarbons continuous monitoring system, and to improve the quality of ambient air non-methane total hydrocarbons automatic monitoring data, the China Environmental Monitoring Station and Shanghai Environmental Monitoring Center and other units are formed. The compilation team has studied and formulated the "Technical Regulations for Continuous Automatic Monitoring System for Non-methane Total Hydrocarbons in Ambient Air (Trial Implementation)" (hereinafter referred to as "Technical Regulations"), and issued the National Ecological Environment Monitoring System for trial implementation in January 2021.
