For the determination of vinyl chloride and acrolein in the exhaust gas of stationary pollution sources, Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a method of using syringe sampling, manual injection, GDX-105 packed column separation, and FID detector for detection. The peak shape of the target compound was symmetrical, the resolution was good, and it was well separated from other interfering compounds. The detection limits of vinyl chloride and acrolein were 0.132 mg/m3 and 0.120 mg/m3, which met the requirements for monitoring the exhaust gas of stationary pollution sources, and could be accurately measured within the range of 1 to 200 mg/m3. For the determination of the prepared standard gas and the actual sample simulated by air, the RSD is within 5%. Through the study of the effect of storage time on the concentration, it is recommended to sample for 24 hours to complete the analysis.
