浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司选取企业生产的经环氧乙烷灭菌的一次性使用口腔器械盒作为样品,采用顶空气相色谱法对器械盒中不同塑料组件的环氧乙烷残留量进行检测,同时考察不同组件残留情况。结果显示,检测方法的低检出限0.2μg/g,在5～50μg/g之间线性范围良好,相关系数r为0.9998,精密度为3.25%。该方法具有快速、方便、灵敏度高等优点,适合于一次性口腔器械盒中环氧乙烷残留的快速测定。同一器械盒中,不同材料组件环氧乙烷残留含量不同,所以在样品检测环氧乙烷残留量时合理选择取样部位,对样品的检测结果关重要。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. selected the disposable oral instrument boxes sterilized by ethylene oxide produced by the company as samples, and used headspace gas chromatography to determine the ethylene oxide residues of different plastic components in the instrument boxes. Quantity is tested, and the residues of different components are also investigated. The results showed that the detection method had a minimum detection limit of 0.2 μg/g, a good linear range between 5 and 50 μg/g, the correlation coefficient r was 0.9998, and the precision was 3.25%. This method has the advantages of rapidity, convenience, and high sensitivity, and is suitable for the rapid determination of ethylene oxide residues in disposable oral instrument boxes. In the same instrument box, the residual content of ethylene oxide in different material components is different, so it is very important to select the sampling location reasonably when detecting the residual amount of ethylene oxide in the sample.
