本标准规定了一次性使用卫生用品的产品卫生标准、消毒效果评价标准、生产环境与消毒过程卫生要求、检验方法及包装要求。

  本标准适用于国内从事一次性使用卫生用品的生产、销售部门或单位，也适用于经销进口一次性使用卫生用品的部门或单位。

一次性使用卫生用品

  使用一次后即丢弃的、与人体接触并为人体生理卫生或卫生保健目的而使用的各种日常用品，如薄膜(或乳胶)手套、餐巾、纸巾、口罩、妇女经期卫生用品、尿布等排泄物卫生用品、避孕工具等，在本标准中简称为“卫生用品”。

浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司分析顶空气相色谱法在一次性医疗用品环氧乙烷残留量检测工作的具体应用。方法取适量的样品，置于顶空瓶中，在60℃温度下维持40min 进行气相色谱分析测定。结果该方法在环氧乙烷为0．1μg ／ml －5．0μg ／ml 范围内线性良好，相关系数为 r ＝0．9998，低检出浓度为0．1μg ／g。结论运用顶空气相色谱方法检验一次性医疗用品环氧乙烷残留量，能够较为精准的检测出其含量，检验方法便捷，灵敏性相对较高。

This standard specifies the product hygiene standards, disinfection effect evaluation standards, production environment and disinfection process hygiene requirements, inspection methods and packaging requirements for disposable hygiene products.

   This standard is applicable to domestic production and sales departments or units of disposable sanitary products, and also to departments or units that distribute imported disposable sanitary products.


Disposable hygiene products

Various daily necessities, such as film (or latex) gloves, napkins, paper towels, masks, women's menstrual hygiene products, diapers and other excreta, which are discarded after one use and are in contact with the human body and used for the purpose of human physiological hygiene or health care. Sanitary products, contraceptives, etc., are referred to as "sanitary products" in this standard.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. analyzed the specific application of headspace gas chromatography in the detection of ethylene oxide residues in disposable medical products. Methods Take an appropriate amount of sample, put it in a headspace bottle, and maintain it at 60℃ for 40min for gas chromatography analysis and determination. Results The method showed good linearity in the range of ethylene oxide from 0.1μg/ml to 5.0μg/ml, the correlation coefficient was r = 0.9998, and the lowest detection concentration was 0.1μg/g. Conclusion The use of headspace gas chromatography to test the residual amount of ethylene oxide in disposable medical supplies can more accurately detect its content, the test method is convenient and the sensitivity is relatively high.
