随着世界经济的发展,对清洁能源的需求,尤其对氢气特别是高纯氢气的需求越来越大。氯碱工业副产氢气量很大,对氯碱厂副产的氢气进行分离提纯,开发了制取高纯氢气的新工艺。通过分层装填不同性能的吸附剂,在同一台设备中同时除去多种杂质气。采用变温和变压相结合的再生工艺,优化了吸附剂的再生效果。在吸附剂再生过程中,分段加热吸附剂,既了再生效果,又减少了再生气的用量。实验表明,此工艺的运用能大大提高副产氢气的分离效率,所得产品氢气的体积分数可达到99.999%以上。
