浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立顶空气相色谱内标法快速测定葡萄酒中甲醇分析方法,并通过实际葡萄酒样检测,比较该方法与标准方法检测结果一致性。方法采用葡萄酒中直接加入4-甲基-2-戊醇内标物,顶空进样-气相色谱检测葡萄酒中甲醇。结果葡萄酒中甲醇的线性相关系数r0.999,精密度(RSD%)为1.0%~2.7%,回收率为97.6%~102.1%,检出限为0.9mg/L;本方法与国标方法同时检测30份葡萄酒中甲醇,两种方法的检测结果的相对偏差范围为0.6%~3.5%,作两配对样品t检验统计分析,按α=0.05水准,差异无统计学意义(t=1.606,P=0.116)。结论本方法能简便、快速地检测葡萄酒中甲醇,且与国标方法检测结果一致。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a headspace gas chromatography internal standard method for rapid determination of methanol in wine, and passed the actual wine sample detection to compare the consistency of the method with the standard method. Methods The internal standard of 4-methyl-2-pentanol was directly added to wine, headspace sampling-gas chromatography was used to detect methanol in wine. Results The linear correlation coefficient of methanol in wine was r0.999, the precision (RSD%) was 1.0%~2.7%, the recovery rate was 97.6%~102.1%, and the detection limit was 0.9mg/L; this method was detected simultaneously with the national standard method. For methanol in 30 wines, the relative deviation of the detection results of the two methods ranged from 0.6% to 3.5%. The statistical analysis of the two paired sample t-tests was carried out. According to the level of α=0.05, the difference was not statistically significant (t=1.606, P= 0.116). Conclusion This method can easily and quickly detect methanol in wine, and it is consistent with the results of the national standard method.
