丙酮、丁酮和甲基异丁基甲酮的溶剂解吸－气相色谱法

浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司采用气相色谱法同时对工作场所空气中丙酮、丁酮、甲基异丁酮和环己酮的含量进行了测定。采用活性炭管采集了含有上述4种酮类化合物的空气样品,用二硫化碳解吸,用HP-FFAP/6201分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。丙酮、丁酮、甲基异丁酮和环己酮的检出限(2S/N)分别为9,5,1,0.4 mg·L~(-1)。方法的回收率在87.8%~105%之间,相对标准偏差(n=8)在3.6%~5.2%之间,解吸效率在88.6%~98.8%之间。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. used gas chromatography to simultaneously determine the contents of acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone and cyclohexanone in the workplace air. Air samples containing the above four ketone compounds were collected using activated carbon tubes, desorbed with carbon disulfide, separated by HP-FFAP/6201, and detected by a hydrogen flame ionization detector. The detection limits (2S/N) of acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone and cyclohexanone were 9, 5, 1, 0.4 mg·L~(-1), respectively. The recovery rate of the method is between 87.8% and 105%, the relative standard deviation (n=8) is between 3.6% and 5.2%, and the desorption efficiency is between 88.6% and 98.8%.
