Method: The experiment was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "Research Specification for the Detection Method of Toxic Substances in the Air of Workplaces". Results: The method showed a linear relationship in the range of 0~1600μg/ml; the method had good reproducibility, the relative standard deviation of different concentrations was 1.00%~1.33%; the lowest detection limit of the method was 1.2μg/ml. Cyclohexane, methylcyclohexane, isophorone, etc., which may coexist with diisobutyl ketone in the air, do not interfere with the determination under the conditions of this method. Conclusion: All indicators of this method meet the requirements of "Research Specification for Toxic Substances in the Air of Workplaces", and are suitable for on-site monitoring of diisobutyl ketone in the air of workplaces.
