在石油化工生产中产生的大量C_1~C_9烷烃和烯烃的混合物,统称为总烃。烃类易燃易爆,且污染环境和危害人体健康。目前车间空气监测中尚未有测定总烃的方法。
滕州市浩瀚色谱仪器技术服务有限公司,研究了用活性炭管富集空气中C_2~C_9烃类,热解吸后进行色谱分析的方法。各种烃类气体不需要分离直接进入氢火焰检测器,得一个总色谱峰。该法准确、快速、简易可行。

A large amount of a mixture of C_1 to C_9 alkanes and olefins produced in petrochemical production is collectively referred to as total hydrocarbons. Hydrocarbons are flammable and explosive, pollute the enviro nment and endanger human health. There is currently no method for determining total hydrocarbons in the air mo nitoring of the workshop.
Tengzhou Haohao Chromatography Instrument Technology Service Co., Ltd. studied the method of enriching C_2~C_9 hydrocarbons in air with activated carbon tubes and performing thermal desorption for chromatographic analysis. A variety of hydrocarbon gases do not need to be separated directly into the hydrogen flame detector to give a total peak. The method is accurate, fast, and simple.
