滕州市浩瀚色谱仪器技术服务有限公司，提出应用国产高分子多孔微球GDX-201富集-气相色谱法测定废水中久效磷残留量的分析方法。水样经GDX-201柱吸附富集、氯仿洗脱、浓缩,然后用气相色谱法(OV-17固定液、FPD)测定。实验结果表明:GDX-201树脂对水样中痕量(ppb数量级)久效磷的平均回收率达94.5%,变动系数小于4%。并与溶剂萃取富集法作了对比。

Tengzhou Haohao Chromatography Instrument Technology Service Co., Ltd. proposed an analytical method for the determination of monocrotophos residues in wastewater by using domestic polymer porous microspheres GDX-201 enrichment-gas chromatography. The water sample was adsorbed and concentrated by GDX-201 column, eluted with chloroform, concentrated, and then determined by gas chromatography (OV-17 fixative, FPD). The experimental results show that the average recovery rate of trace amount (ppb order) of monocrotophos in GDX-201 resin is 94.5%, and the coefficient of variation is less than 4%. And compared with the solvent extraction and enrichment method.
